Delivery, exchanges and returns
If your order is placed Monday to Friday it should normally be processed and despatched within 24 hours unless indicated otherwise by us. You will receive an email to confirm processing and despatch. Shipping times usually depend on the delivery address. France : 1 to 3 working days, European Union : 3 to 5 working days, rest of world : 5 to 7 working days.
How do I exchange or return a jewelry bought online ?
You may exchange or return your order within the legal period of 14 days from the date of delivery. Please make your inquiry by mail at the following address : firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return my parcel ?
Any return – including exchange – must be reported beforehand by mail with your order number and the chosen return method (exchange or refund) at the following address email@example.com
Once we have accepted your request, our team will send all the informations for sending back your parcel. No matter if exchanged or returned, the product must be unworn, unused, unmodified, unwashed and undamaged and send back in its orignal packaging. Any non-compliant or unfit for sale return (damaged, used or dirty product) will be rejected and the jewels will be shipped back to you.
How do I get a refund ?
When returned, the product’s refund will be credited directly to your bank account or PayPal one depending on the selected payment method at ordering.
Refund’s amount is equal to the returned product’s with the exception of shipping and return fees which remain payable by the customer. An email will be sent to confirm your order’s refund.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged ?
Despite all of our best efforts to guarantee an optimal service delivery, it may happen that the jewellery arrives damaged. In this very specific case, please write to us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can find a successful solution.
