Using a ruler, just measure the inner diameter of one already-loved-ring. You now just have to check the size guide below…
Method 2 :
Wrap your finger with a tape measure or even just a thread. Mark the starting and ending points. You know just have to measure the distance between those two points ! The size equivalence is right below :
